Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  • Browse products on medzom.com
  • Add desired items to your cart
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Complete payment using PayPal

You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled only before they enter processing or shipment. Requests must be submitted before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible. You may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact our support team immediately with your order number and the correct address. Address changes are possible only if the order has not yet shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $6.99 per order. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) on business days (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends are processed the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time includes:

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 2–8 business days

Total estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or external factors.

Which carriers deliver my order?

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL eCommerce

Carrier selection is based on destination and operational efficiency.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal.

PayPal allows payment using:

  • PayPal balance
  • Linked bank accounts
  • Debit or credit cards

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. medzom.com does not store your payment details or PayPal login credentials.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags.

Are there any return or restocking fees?

No. We do not charge any return, restocking, or processing fees for approved returns.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You may check out as a guest. However, providing a valid email address is required to receive order updates.

How is my personal information protected?

Troubleshooting

My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package.

Check with neighbors or your local delivery area first. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.

What happens if my package is returned as undeliverable?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you with available options.
