medzom.com cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

11. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Lost packages should be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Packages marked as delivered but stolen are not the responsibility of medzom.com.

12. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact customer support within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging.

13. Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. No additional shipping fees apply.
